Specifi alternatives
Specifi is the broadest of the tools on this list, and it is a fair fight. Proposals, CRM, project management, inventory, accounting sync, a customer portal, a field app and multi-currency billing are all there, and it covers install and service properly. The honest difference is not lifecycle coverage, because Specifi has that. It is that Specifi builds the proposal from a product list, and Avitly builds it from a to-scale plan.

The difference
Where Avitly is different
Documents from a product list, not from a plan
Specifi generates cable schedules and schematics from the products you have added, which is useful and fast. It does not publish to-scale floor-plan design, real measured cable-run lengths, connector-level signal validation or rack elevations. Avitly derives all of those from the plan, so the lengths are measured rather than estimated.
Priced per company, so small teams pay a floor
Individual is $149 monthly, Team $349 and Company $699, plus a one-time onboarding fee. A one or two person shop starts at $149 monthly where Avitly starts at roughly €19 per seat for the module they actually need. At larger headcounts the flat tier can work out cheaper, and that is worth checking honestly against your own seat count.
Scope Avitly does not chase
A website builder and the Echo marketing tools are part of the platform. If you want your AV software to run your website and campaigns, that is a genuine point in Specifi's favour and Avitly does not compete on it.
No published EU hosting
Specifi bills in euros among other currencies, which is not the same as hosting in the EU. Avitly is EU-based and GDPR-hosted, which matters for some public-sector and enterprise procurement.
Choose Specifi if
you want the widest possible business platform in one subscription, you bill in several currencies, or you genuinely want your website and marketing in the same tool. Specifi covers more of the business than Avitly does, and for a lot of shops that breadth is the right trade.
Our take
The narrower question is where the numbers come from. If you want the cable lengths measured off a to-scale plan rather than estimated from a list, and the rack elevation to be the drawing you actually install from, that is the trade Avitly makes in the other direction.

Design it once. Sell it, install it, service it.
Avitly runs the whole install off one floor plan: quote, client-signed offer, bill of materials, rack layout, then device credentials and tickets after handover. Presales to maintenance, no re-entry.
